Infinite Yoga presents its San Diego yoga teacher training in two ten-day intensives, TTA and TTB. You must take both to complete the requirements for certification, and you can take them in either order (A-B or B-A). Each intensive provides 100 hours of training. The training places high value on its daily practice, which helps trainees develop questions for the instructors and themselves. Students must also take a ten-hour weekend anatomy workshop.
