You will also learn basic hatha yoga, restorative yoga, children’s yoga and pre-natal yoga . Our curriculum includes traditional Krishnamacharya lineage teachings of mantra, mudra, pranayama, asana and meditation to create a beautiful vinyasa flow with maximum results.
