If you are like me, then you know how important it is to stay healthy and keep your mind focused on the positive.

Thats why I have compiled twenty of may favorite inspirational quotes about health and wellness.

I love starting my day reading these great sayings because they really put me in the right frame of mind.

Every time I spend a few minutes going through these, I definitely notice that there is a raise in my vibration.

I start to think more clearly and feel much better. Especially when I am having a bad day.
